In the role of Senior Director
Crossix Analytics Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the services division dedicated to the Emerging Biotech portfolio. The primary objective is to ensure clients maximize the value of their marketing investments through the application of data-driven insights. This position requires a dual focus on strategic client relationship management and the leadership, development, and mentorship of a high-performing analytics team. You will act as the critical strategic bridge, translating complex measurement capabilities and frameworks into coherent, actionable narratives that directly enhance marketing performance. Success in this position is defined by your ability to grow both the team's capabilities and the client portfolio, fostering a culture where analytics directly informs and elevates every strategic client decision.
What you'll do
- Align client brand strategies with Crossix Measurement insights to systematically enhance marketing performance and demonstrate clear ROI for clients within the Emerging Biotech portfolio.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the analytics services team, including the recruitment, mentorship, professional growth, and development of high-caliber analysts.
- Cultivate long-term, strategic partnerships with senior client stakeholders to ensure ongoing account value, trust, and mutual growth objectives are met.
- Monitor the biotech marketing sector for significant industry shifts and emerging trends to maintain a forward-thinking and proactive service approach.
- Guide the team in modernizing engagement models through the strategic integration of AI-ready tools and advanced data practices.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to translate ambiguous client business challenges into structured, actionable analytics roadmaps.
- Architect bespoke measurement frameworks that leverage the Crossix Measurement Suite, specifically tailored to address distinct therapeutic area needs.
- Synthesize complex datasets and analytical outputs into executive-level dashboards that clearly communicate marketing performance uplift and strategic opportunities.
- Facilitate strategic workshops with senior stakeholders to collaboratively define, align on, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain standardized service playbooks that codify best practices for the delivery of Crossix analytics services.
- Identify gaps within existing client campaigns and propose specific, data-backed optimizations designed to improve media efficiency and campaign performance.
- Mentor junior analysts on advanced techniques, including sophisticated media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution analysis.
- Partner with product management to provide critical feedback and insights that refine and enhance service offerings based on evolving client needs.
- Monitor competitor positioning within the analytics services landscape to identify key differentiation opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Evaluate new technologies, data sources, and methodologies to determine their applicability and potential value within the Crossix ecosystem.
- Lead the scoping, estimation, and initial planning processes for new service engagements with prospective clients.
- Establish robust quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all analytical outputs and deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales teams to build compelling, value-driven proposals that clearly highlight the benefits of analytics-led strategies.
- Represent Crossix analytics at industry conferences, virtual events, and client meetings to build brand credibility and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience in client-facing marketing, analytics, or consulting roles, demonstrating a consistent track record of managing complex client engagements.
- At least 5 years of specialized, hands-on experience within the Life Sciences industry, with a deep understanding of its unique marketing dynamics and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated history of successfully leading high-touch customer teams and managing sophisticated, senior-level client interactions with poise and professionalism.
- Proven ability to synthesize highly complex technical data and measurement frameworks into clear, persuasive, and accessible narratives for diverse stakeholders, including executives and non-technical audiences.
- Documented success in building, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams within a service or client-facing environment.
- Extensive, in-depth understanding of the media landscape and the strategic application of data-informed marketing strategies, particularly within a competitive analytics context.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for articulating sophisticated analytical concepts, frameworks, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 3 days per week to client sites or relevant industry events to foster relationships and provide strategic oversight.

Practical notes
- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
- Base salary range is $200,000 to $275,000, with potential eligibility for variable bonuses or stock awards.
