Requirements
Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices in a fast-paced SaaS environment is absolutely required for this position.
You must possess strong expertise in building and maintaining AI-driven platforms for large-scale enterprise applications and systems.
A deep understanding of life sciences domain knowledge regarding safety and regulatory processes is an essential requirement for success.
Proven ability to influence and grow an engineering organization from the ground up is a necessary qualification for this role.
You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking full ownership across the entire engineering stack without hesitation.
Strong background in software development and coding best practices is a fundamental requirement for anyone applying to this position.
Demonstrated skill in fostering a thriving team culture while delivering live customer-facing products within the very first year.
Ability to apply artificial intelligence to drive engineering productivity and maintain strong engineering discipline across all development initiatives.
