About the role
Vapi is scaling its voice AI platform, which has already powered 1 billion calls for 1 million developers. You will refine the systems that govern how go-to-market teams reach and convert their most strategic accounts. The hire will own the integrity, automation, and performance of lifecycle campaigns across email, web, and events. You will manage the HubSpot ecosystem as the central nervous system for marketing operations and campaign execution. This role requires partnership with RevOps to standardize data taxonomies that align marketing signals with revenue outcomes. You will ensure that every campaign touchpoint maintains deliverability, domain reputation, and compliance with suppression rules. The position is responsible for connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue through rigorous reporting and attribution practices.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Assume ownership of the HubSpot platform, configuring lists, workflows, and email operations to support enterprise demand generation.
- Architect and execute lifecycle nurture sequences that react to behavioral triggers and dynamically segment audiences based on engagement patterns.
- Collaborate with RevOps to define, document, and maintain segmentation taxonomy, lead stage definitions, and conversion tracking rules across marketing and sales systems.
- Drive campaign quality assurance processes, performing link validation, list hygiene checks, and suppression logic reviews before every send.
- Lead end-to-end management of webinars and events, handling registration flows, reminder cadences, and post-event lead routing into Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Partner with sales operations to ensure data consistency between HubSpot and Salesforce, aligning field mappings and record ownership for reliable reporting.
- Design, build, and maintain funnel dashboards, multi-touch attribution models, and campaign performance reports that surface insights for continuous optimization.
- Oversee HockeyStack configuration, ensuring that marketing influence is accurately captured and reflected in pipeline data and revenue insights.
- Implement and monitor UTM structures and campaign tracking standards to maintain clarity across channels, campaigns, and touchpoints.
- Establish data quality benchmarks, monitoring enrichment rates, lead match rates, and contact hygiene to support reliable decision-making.
- Leverage technical skills to write basic SQL queries and manage complex spreadsheet analysis for ad hoc reporting and validation tasks.
- Explore and prototype AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs and tools like Claude Code to streamline repetitive marketing operations tasks.
- Support the creation and management of agent-forward or developer-focused product environments when required by go-to-market initiatives.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the marketing technology stack, ensuring integrations remain performant and secure.
- Participate in quarterly off-sites and contribute to documentation that standardizes campaign execution playbooks.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or revenue operations within a high-growth company.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including comfort with APIs and programmatic data extraction for operational workflows.
- Show Salesforce experience, with a focus on CRM integrations, data hygiene, and maintaining reliable marketing-sync configurations.
- Possess the technical ability to write basic SQL and conduct complex spreadsheet analysis to validate data and diagnose issues.
- Have experience building or prototyping AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs or tools such as Claude Code to enhance marketing operations.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of UTM structures, attribution modeling, and established campaign tracking standards across digital channels.
- Maintain a strong focus on data quality, enrichment rates, and lead match rates to ensure trustworthy reporting and insights.
- Operate with comfort in agent-forward or developer-focused product environments, understanding the nuances of such product motions.
