What you'll do
- Conduct thorough diagnostics on a variety of Vanmoof electric bicycles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on bicycles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Assist in the assembly and quality control of new bicycles, ensuring they meet Vanmoof's rigorous standards before they reach customers.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and repair techniques related to electric bicycles to continuously improve your skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers about repair processes and timelines.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of Vanmoof products and repair methodologies.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with other workshop specialists to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in the repair workflow.

Requirements
- Proven experience in bicycle repair or a related field, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electric bicycle systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy workshop environment.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and using diagnostic tools.
- A passion for cycling and a deep understanding of the cycling culture and community.

- Experience with electric bike technology and software troubleshooting.
