Global Head of SDLC Solution
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy, positioning, and execution of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Developer Experience (DevEx) practice for Valiantys globally. You will translate deep Atlassian and DevOps expertise, combined with AI agentic capability, into a cohesive portfolio of packaged, sellable solutions that address enterprise pain points. You will define the market narrative, shape the solution catalogue, and establish the intellectual property that differentiates our practice from generic consulting models. You will build and lead a network of regional Practice Leads, elevating delivery quality and asset reuse across EMEA, NoAM, and APAC. You will work as a commercial executive, bringing business acumen to translate domain expertise into scalable, profitable growth streams. You will mentor practitioners, elevate peers across Solutions and Product teams, and foster a community that sustains long-term competitive advantage. You will play a pivotal role in connecting people, processes, platforms, and AI agents across the software delivery lifecycle to support Valiantys' ambition of becoming the leading AI Enterprise Orchestrator.
