You will serve as an Atlassian Consultant, responsible for delivering solutions that address client challenges and generate measurable outcomes using Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from initial discovery through deployment and training, while developing trusted relationships with clients. The role requires independent execution and close collaboration to ensure each project drives organizational progress.

Key Responsibilities

You will gather and refine client requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and technical viability. You will lead scoping sessions and convert business needs into concrete, actionable solutions. This includes performing detailed reviews of client environments, covering configuration, performance, security, and best practices, followed by delivering specific recommendations.

You will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and integrating Atlassian Cloud solutions in line with client specifications. Implementations will adhere to Cloud best practices and standards. You will produce clear deliverables such as functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and system documentation. You will also facilitate hands-on training sessions for both end users and administrators.

A core part of the role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout every engagement. You will ensure consistent communication and alignment on expectations, while proactively identifying opportunities to create additional value. You will work alongside Sales teams to explore and qualify new value opportunities during active projects.

Contribution and Professional Growth

You will participate in internal practice initiatives to expand your expertise and share knowledge within the team. You will continue developing your skills through ongoing learning and certification efforts. You will also contribute to the company's external visibility through activities such as blog posts, webinars, and events. The role includes supporting the development and maintenance of internal documentation and other organizational assets.

Required Qualifications

You possess a university-level qualification in Computer Science or a closely related field. You bring three to five years of experience in consulting, software development, or technical roles. You have a strong interest in cloud-based environments and Atlassian product suites. You are capable of understanding business needs and translating them into technical approaches that implementation teams can execute.

Location and Engagement Details

This role is based in Dakar. The position is conducted in French and English. It is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, renewable based on performance and business needs.
