This role oversees incoming material inspection and process documentation for the Fort Worth manufacturing site. You will support quality standards, handle calibration coordination, and provide technical guidance to the Quality Control Technician team. The position operates during the day shift on Monday through Thursday hours.

Key facts
What you'll do
Incoming material analysis verifies that components meet specifications before production use.
First Shot approvals are completed for internally molded components to validate process capability.
TREs are assisted as needed to support quality and engineering objectives.
Quality containment activities are supported in collaboration with Quality Engineers to limit defects.
The USC-Texas Calibration Program is maintained to ensure measurement accuracy across operations.
Technical support is provided to Quality Control Technicians to ensure consistent inspection execution.
Requirements
Technical associate degree is preferred, or you bring a minimum of 2 years of quality experience.
Current or prior experience as a US Conec Quality Control Technician is required for this role.
Knowledge of optical fiber, cable, connectors, and hardware products is considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to plan tests and analyze and interpret results is essential for effective decision-making.
Basic proficiency with standard MS Office applications is required for documentation and reporting.

Onsite presence is required at the Fort Worth manufacturing location during the listed day shift schedule.
