This role leads and optimizes injection molding operations for a global precision plastics team. The position provides technical leadership for molding systems and equipment in Fort Worth. Success in this role requires a mechanical engineering background and comfort with fast-paced, precision-driven environments.

What you'll do
Machinery and equipment are tested and developed under engineering direction to validate performance.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is held as a baseline qualification for the role.
Experience with lot number traceability, engineering-grade resins, and specification-driven processes is demonstrated to ensure quality compliance.
Expertise in injection molding equipment, including specifying, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining core systems and tooling, is shown.
The ability to develop and implement preventative maintenance (PM) programs is used to reduce unplanned downtime and support reliability.
Knowledge of auxiliary equipment such as mold water/oil heaters, hot manifold systems, screws, barrels, ceramic heater bands, material drying and conveying systems, and dew-point meters is applied to optimize process stability.
Troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills convey technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
A safety-first mindset and collaborative approach is used to work with teams and partners across operations.
