Develop and implement comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs that align with manufacturing objectives and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the development, management, and execution of EHS programs tailored to the specific needs of a manufacturing environment.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to analyze program performance and communicate results effectively.

Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills to handle complex safety initiatives and priorities.

Influence all levels of the organization through excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining strict attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in technical, engineering, environmental, or a related discipline.

Bring a minimum of 5+ years of Environmental Health and Safety experience within a manufacturing environment to apply regulatory knowledge effectively.

Demonstrate at least 2+ years of proven experience leading teams, programs, projects, or EHS initiatives to guide cross-functional collaboration.

Show comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance requirements specific to manufacturing operations.

Apply experience conducting detailed incident investigations, performing root cause analyses, and implementing effective corrective actions.

Apply hands-on experience developing, managing, and optimizing EHS programs within a manufacturing context to meet business and regulatory needs.

Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to communicate program performance and support decision-making.

Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills to manage complex safety initiatives.

Show excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills to influence stakeholders across the organization.
