What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for Bamboohr's solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and customize our offerings to fit their business needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate the adoption of our solutions and ensure they are fully equipped to our products effectively.
• Identify potential risks and challenges during the implementation process, proactively developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback from clients to inform future improvements and updates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and any areas requiring attention.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage ongoing engagement and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop case studies and success stories that showcase the impact of our solutions.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the implementation process, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology or software environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
