Senior Account Manager
Job description
About the role
Unlimit Account Management
Unlimit operates as the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. The company builds a bridge between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce. It provides a programmable operating layer for ambitious businesses worldwide. The platform integrates payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. Unlimit maps hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture. This design enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.
The organization possesses decades of regulatory experience and an extensive global license portfolio. This foundation provides direct access to massive global infrastructure. Major operational hubs are located in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City. Unlimit constructs infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.
You coordinate cross-functional initiatives for programmable finance across Hong Kong and global markets. This position defines how partners experience settlement speed and account orchestration in local economies. You translate complex financial rails into clear narratives for ambitious organizations. The role requires strategic alignment between technical capabilities and market-specific demands. You serve as the primary link between Unlimit's technology and partner expectations.

You conduct structured reviews of financial data to surface risks and optimization opportunities. This analysis informs strategic adjustments and long-term planning. You orchestrate deployment sequences that move features from staging to production reliably. Robust procedures minimize downtime and ensure stability.
You forge collaboration frameworks with external providers to expand solution coverage. These partnerships enhance the overall value proposition. You champion partner feedback to refine product behavior and reporting clarity. This loop ensures the product evolves with user needs.
You monitor settlement performance indicators and adjust routing logic when necessary. This vigilance maintains efficiency and reliability. You guide joint planning sessions that align roadmap priorities with partner capacity. This ensures realistic and achievable goals.
