About the role
You define how software teams absorb AI capabilities and own the full journey from discovery to production. You hunt high-impact scenarios where agents write, test, and document code. You translate business pressure into a practical adoption path that actually sticks.

What you'll do
Design the target state AI workflow for development teams and align it with product delivery.
Champion pilot projects that measure cycle time impact and scale patterns that work.
Orchestrate vendors, tools, and integration points so agents connect to existing pipelines.
Establish guardrails that keep code quality, security, and GDPR aligned with AI output.
Educate squads on prompt craft, tool selection, and reliable ways to use AI daily.
Map the end-to-end software lifecycle to find stages where GenAI creates decisive advantage.
Verify tool costs against business outcomes and maintain a clear ROI narrative for leadership.
Build routines for monitoring, feedback, and continuous improvement of AI-assisted delivery.
Requirements
You have hands-on experience shaping AI adoption from strategy through scaled rollout in software teams.
You understand SDLC deeply and can spot where automation, testing, or coding agents help most.
You have used LLMs and agentic workflows for code generation, test creation, or documentation.
You can evaluate platforms such as Copilot, code assistants, testing tools, and orchestration frameworks.
You analyze use cases, prioritize them by value, and justify choices with data and risk awareness.
You integrate AI solutions into CI/CD, repositories, and Azure DevOps environments.
You know data architecture ideas like RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and grounding methods.
You consider quality, security, and compliance when proposing AI solutions for software.
You collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to turn needs into working AI plans.
You communicate clearly and manage cross-functional initiatives that cut across roles and teams.
Nice to have
Background in agent-based architectures and orchestration tools like LangChain or AutoGen.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and AI-driven QA, including synthetic data and test generation.
Experience guiding change management and AI adoption in large organizations.
