About the role
In the position of RPA Developer I, you will play a crucial role in assisting businesses and partners in unlocking the full capabilities of the UiPath Automation Platform. You will translate complex business requirements into automated digital solutions that drive efficiency and consistency across operations. Your work will focus on designing, testing, and developing robotic solutions that enhance revenue generation, streamline operations, and improve customer experiences. As part of the UiPath Professional Services team, you may take ownership of specific project modules, contributing directly to the successful delivery of client automation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with analysts, business stakeholders, and solution architects to ensure that technical deliverables align with strategic business objectives. This role provides a foundation for building deep expertise in automation technologies while supporting the global adoption of robotic process automation. You will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and scalability of solutions delivered through best-in-class development practices.

What you'll do
Develop and implement robotic process automation solutions using UiPath Studio to support client business operations.
Design and build automation workflows that adhere to enterprise-grade standards for reliability, security, and scalability.
Utilize the RE-framework to create robust, reusable, and exception-handling automation templates for complex process scenarios.
Leverage Document Understanding and Computer Vision capabilities to automate document processing and data extraction tasks.
Apply knowledge of AI Center and Action Center to deploy, monitor, and manage AI-powered automation components effectively.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and coding agents to enhance automation logic and enable intelligent decision-making within bots.
Configure and manage UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, and Coded Workflows to support attended and unattended automation use cases.
Develop API Workflows and IXP integrations to connect systems and automate end-to-end business processes.
Use UiPath CLI skills to streamline development, debugging, and deployment processes alongside coding agents in modern DevOps environments.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Apply workflow-based logic and automation best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, refine automation designs, and improve existing robotic solutions.
Stay current with the latest UiPath releases, tools, and features to optimize automation performance and incorporate new functionalities.
Support the implementation of cognitive automation techniques, including OCR tools and AI-based data processing, where applicable.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT sector, specifically in software development and coding, demonstrating a solid foundation in programming principles.
Proficient in the UiPath platform and its complete product suite, with a strong focus on automation development and best practices.
Familiarity with workflow-based logic and practical experience using the RE-framework, Orchestration Framework, and Document Understanding (DU) Framework.
Knowledge of Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and Action Center functionalities to build comprehensive automation solutions.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and coding agents, including their operational capabilities and integration into automation workflows.
Practical experience with UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Coded Apps, Coded Action App, Coded Workflow, IXP, and API Workflow for developing scalable automation architectures.
Up-to-date knowledge of UiPath CLI skills for efficient development, debugging, and troubleshooting with coding agents in collaborative environments.
Proficient in programming or scripting languages such as VBA, VB, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python, with a demonstrated ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
Strong grasp of Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and their application in automation development, debugging, and optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic professional services environment.
Commitment to adhering to UiPath standards, guidelines, and quality assurance practices in all automation projects.
Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and on-site support when necessary.

Nice to have
Experience in Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation, or Citrix Automation environments to broaden the scope of automation solutions.
Familiarity with other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools beyond UiPath to provide comparative insights and flexibility.
UiPath Certified Professional designation to demonstrate validated expertise in the platform.
Knowledge of cognitive automation techniques, including OCR tools, AI, or Machine Learning, to enhance process intelligence.
Understanding of the infrastructure requirements specific to UiPath deployments to support stable and secure implementations.
Experience with UiPath Test Suite, Apps, and Insights for improved automation management and monitoring capabilities.
Awareness of Generative AI and the latest updates in UiPath releases to leverage cutting-edge automation features.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support hybrid and multi-cloud automation strategies.
