This position entails the development and testing of sophisticated automation solutions that drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate both customer and employee satisfaction levels. As part of an expert team within UiPath Professional Services, you will have the chance to take the lead on projects, guiding clients through their automation journeys.

What you'll do
- Create and validate automation workflows utilizing UiPath Studio alongside different coding agents to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and implement suitable UiPath components from the comprehensive product suite tailored to client needs.
- Design and architect solutions for clients during the initial phases of new deals, proof-of-concept stages, and throughout project execution.
- Adjust and refine robot code as necessary during the implementation process to meet specific project requirements.
- Construct workflows and custom activities using programming languages such as VB.NET or C#.
- Oversee all phases of the testing cycles to ensure the reliability and efficiency of automation solutions.
- Deliver technical training sessions, demonstrations, and blueprints, providing ongoing support to clients throughout their automation journey.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth in the field.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT sector, with a strong foundation in code development.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing automation workflows specifically using UiPath.
- Practical knowledge of coding agents and their functionalities within automation frameworks.
- A solid understanding of prompt engineering principles and their best practices.
- Extensive technical expertise in UiPath and familiarity with its entire product suite.
- Knowledge of workflow-based logic and practical experience with the RE-framework, Orchestration Framework, and Document Understanding (DU) Framework.
- Experience with UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Coded Apps, Coded Action App, Coded Workflow, IXP, and API Workflow.
- Proficient in UiPath CLI skills to enhance development speed and troubleshoot issues effectively with coding agents.
- Fundamental programming or scripting skills in languages such as VBA, VB, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) is essential.
- Understanding of Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and Action Center functionalities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in a leadership role, guiding a team towards successful project outcomes.
- Familiarity with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation, or Citrix Automation processes.
- Exposure to other RPA tools and technologies beyond UiPath.
- UiPath Certified Professional designation is a plus.
- Knowledge of cognitive automation techniques, including OCR tools, AI, or machine learning skills.
- Understanding of UiPath Infrastructure requirements for optimal deployment.
- Experience with UiPath Test Suite, Apps, and Insights functionalities.
- Awareness of Generative AI and the latest updates in UiPath releases.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks.
