Business Operations Project Manager
Job description
About the role
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We're committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care - about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? You will own the end-to-end orchestration of complex operational initiatives that directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing organization. This role requires you to act as the central hub connecting strategy to execution, ensuring that critical projects are delivered on schedule and within defined parameters. You will leverage structured thinking and data-driven insights to solve multifaceted problems without direct oversight. The position demands a high level of ownership where you proactively identify gaps and drive improvements before being asked. You will be expected to utilize analytical rigor to translate business needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Finally, you will treat advanced AI tools as an integral part of your daily workflow to augment productivity and decision-making.
