Lead Product Designer
Job description
About the role
You will lead the end-to-end user experience strategy for Twilio's core communication platforms, ensuring that complex technical infrastructure feels intuitive and coherent for developers and businesses. You will own the information architecture and naming frameworks that provide consistency across Voice, Email, and messaging channels within the One Console ecosystem. This role requires you to translate abstract telecom primitives into clear mental models that help builders create personalized customer experiences efficiently. You will establish strategic design partnerships with product and engineering leaders to negotiate constraints and align on long-term roadmaps. You will define the standards for observability and diagnostic dashboards that track performance and deliverability in real time. You will mentor junior designers, scale the design system, and drive structural changes that support a growing global organization. You will act as a principal design stakeholder, shaping high-growth product areas from their foundational stages while leveraging the scale of a world-class communication platform.
