Product Manager - AI Agent Platform

About the role

You will define intake procedures that capture detailed enterprise requirements and map them to specific agent capabilities within the Turgon AI framework. You will architect workflows that connect data movement across the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers within the Snowflake medallion framework to ensure logical data progression. You will establish review checkpoints that validate agent outputs against strict data quality and governance criteria to maintain enterprise integrity. You will coordinate deployment activities to ensure reliable operation of automated data pipelines in diverse client environments and configurations. You will develop integrations with partner systems ensuring alignment with internal agent orchestration strategies and standards. You will simulate agent behavior within the workflow engine to inform decisions that scale the customer experience effectively. You will maintain comprehensive deployment playbooks that guide forward-deployed teams through intricate technical implementations and edge scenarios. You will convert complex technical limitations into precise product requirements for communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will test multi-agent orchestration scenarios to resolve edge cases and protect core workflow integrity and reliability. What you'll do

• Translate high-level strategic objectives into detailed product requirements for the AI Agent Platform.
• Design and specify agentic workflow engines that power end-to-end data pipeline automation for ERP and SaaS sources.
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the platform responsible for automating data pipelines into Snowflake's medallion architecture.
• Define and manage the orchestration of multi-agent use cases that operate across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data tiers.
• Lead the creation of customer experience designs that abstract technical complexity into intuitive interfaces for enterprise users.
• Establish and oversee deployment playbooks that ensure consistent and reliable implementation of data pipelines globally.
• Collaborate directly with founders and engineering teams to align product vision with technical execution and system architecture.
• Develop and maintain integrations with partner systems to ensure seamless alignment with internal orchestration strategies.
• Conduct simulations and scenario testing to validate agent behavior and inform scalable improvements to the workflow engine.
• Define scope and requirements for cross-functional collaboration among engineering, data, and client implementation teams.
• Evaluate and document product outcomes to ensure they meet standards for user-friendliness, performance, and enterprise reliability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in multi-agent orchestration scenarios to protect workflow integrity and edge case handling.
• Partner with forward-deployed engineering teams to ensure product requirements are implemented correctly in live client environments.
• Monitor data movement patterns to optimize performance within the Snowflake medallion framework from Bronze to Gold layers.

Requirements

Bring three to five years of experience building data-centric products within enterprise environments to ensure practical relevance.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of Snowflake architectures and data movement patterns specific to medallion structures for effective product planning.

Possess the ability to write code used to validate product assumptions while working closely with engineering teams to iterate quickly.

Show proficiency in communicating across diverse cultures and time zones while managing distributed operational workflows efficiently.

Maintain a strong understanding of enterprise data governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements in operational settings.

Exhibit experience coordinating complex deployment activities across heterogeneous client infrastructure and operational constraints.

Demonstrate capability in analyzing technical limitations and translating them into clear, actionable product requirements.

Commit to collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade products that meet rigorous reliability and performance benchmarks.
