What you'll do

Execute scheduled vehicle routes to support field data collection activities across designated Spanish locations with strict adherence to timelines.

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles to verify mechanical safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.

Navigate efficiently using digital mapping tools and offline capabilities to reach project sites while optimizing fuel usage and minimizing delays.

Capture high quality photographs, video footage, and voice recordings at specified locations to support advanced mobility technology projects.

Scan designated areas using specialized equipment to gather environmental and spatial data required for comprehensive analysis.

Coordinate closely with international field teams to synchronize arrival times, data collection windows, and logistical requirements.

Maintain detailed logs of all vehicle movements, parking receipts, toll charges, and incidental expenses for accurate project accounting.

Ensure strict compliance with local traffic regulations, company safety policies, and client site protocols during every assignment.

Upload all collected data securely using encrypted company devices and verified connectivity methods before project deadlines.

Report any vehicle issues, road hazards, or unexpected obstacles immediately to operations supervisors to enable rapid response.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license appropriate for operating light commercial or passenger vehicles in Spain.

Hold a clean driving record with no serious violations, suspensions, or revocations within the last five years.

Be legally authorized to work in Spain without requiring company sponsorship for employment documents or residency status.

Provide proof of current vehicle insurance coverage if using personal vehicles under company supervision for project tasks.
