What you'll do
Execute predefined driving routes with precision, ensuring coverage of all required streets, commercial zones, and points of interest within the designated territory.
Operate specialized vehicle equipment, including removable 360-degree cameras and lidar systems, to capture comprehensive and high-fidelity imagery of the surrounding environment.
Conduct systematic scans of public spaces and key characteristics, documenting details through photography, videography, and voice recordings as required by project specifications.
Monitor onboard computer systems, including disk SSD storage units, to verify data capture integrity and manage the secure handling of collected information during transit.
Adapt routing strategies and work schedules in response to weather conditions, prioritizing the revisitation of zones when necessary to obtain optimal image quality.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, route deviations, and equipment status to support efficient project management and troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with project coordinators to align daily collection efforts with evolving project objectives and regional priorities.
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and data handling procedures, safeguarding both personal well-being and the confidentiality of collected data.
Represent the company professionally in all public interactions, serving as a courteous and reliable point of contact for any stakeholder inquiries.
Contribute to the long-term success of the mapping project by consistently delivering accurate, timely, and complete datasets for analysis and integration.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on vehicle equipment to support uninterrupted operation during assigned shifts.
Utilize navigation tools and route documentation to maximize efficiency while adhering to the specific parameters of the assigned territory in Alban.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any challenges encountered in the field, from road conditions to technical malfunctions.
Support the broader data aggregation process by ensuring that captured images, videos, and scans are organized and ready for upload to central systems.
Requirements
Hold a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class required in the Alban region, with a clean driving record that demonstrates safe driving habits.
Be legally authorized to work in France, possessing the necessary residency or visa status that allows for full-time employment in the territory.
Be at least 18 years of age, meeting the minimum legal requirements for operating commercial vehicles and handling sensitive data collection equipment.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational certification that demonstrates foundational competence in communication and basic technical concepts.
Show strong physical capability to perform duties that may include extended periods of sitting, frequent vehicle entry and exit, and manual handling of equipment.
Have access to reliable personal transportation or a valid means of commuting to the designated workplace in Alban on a consistent basis.
