This Conductor Profesional role is based in Madrid and operates as an onsite, contract full time position. What you'll do
- Plan and execute taxi routes according to assigned schedules, ensuring on time arrivals, accurate routing, and compliance with traffic regulations while monitoring conditions that affect risk assessments.
- Transport passengers professionally, confirming destinations, assisting with luggage when appropriate, and maintaining a calm, courteous demeanor that upholds a high service level for every interaction.
- Support project structured activities by coordinating with internal partners, documenting process steps, and validating that operational workflows meet defined requirements and quality criteria.
- Support service evaluations by collecting trip data, documenting incidents or anomalies, and contributing observations that feed into root cause analysis and evidence based decision making.
- Maintain safe and responsible driving practices at all times, adhering to vehicle inspection routines, defensive driving techniques, and company policies to minimize risk to passengers, colleagues, and the public.
- Ensure safety and consistency by following standardized procedures, verifying that all operational checkpoints are completed, and escalating conditions that require corrective action or system improvements.
- Close the loop on identified issues by tracking follow up actions, verifying that implemented changes achieve the intended outcomes, and refining processes where results do not match expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing adjustments to routing, scheduling, and service protocols based on observed patterns, passenger feedback, and performance insights.
- Collaborate with internal partners across functions to align taxi operations with broader service objectives, sharing best practices and coordinating responses to systemic issues.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders regarding schedule changes, operational constraints, and service updates to maintain alignment and transparency.
Requirements
- Hold current, valid taxi driving credentials and a clean driving record that demonstrate proven taxi driving experience in professional settings.
- Consistently deliver high service level maintenance through courteous communication, reliability, and adherence to agreed standards.
- Demonstrate passenger service experience that reflects the ability to handle diverse needs, manage sensitive situations, and represent the organization positively.
- Maintain safe and responsible driving habits, including compliance with traffic laws, vehicle safety checks, and established risk mitigation practices.
- Follow instructions and standard operating procedures, ensuring that all required documentation and operational checkpoints are completed accurately.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language used in the work environment, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear information exchange.
- Be available to perform scheduled shifts as required, including variations in start and end times that align with operational demands.
- Work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned tasks while supporting colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
