You own the discipline required to execute precise, repeatable maneuvers in tight public spaces while maintaining constant awareness of traffic and pedestrian flow. You own the integrity of the captured dataset by ensuring that every image, scan, and sensor reading meets strict quality standards before submission. You act as the primary guardian of the hardware, conducting thorough pre and post shift inspections to identify any changes or damage immediately. You own the accurate completion of all documentation related to your route, mileage, and environmental conditions during the shift. You represent the professional standards of Terry Soot Management Group during every interaction with the public and municipal authorities. You are expected to adapt to dynamic routing instructions and changing street conditions without compromising safety or data quality. You own the successful delivery of project milestones by adhering to demanding schedules across a multi month engagement in the city of Seville.

What you'll do

Execute precise vehicle maneuvers to navigate predefined routes while avoiding obstacles and ensuring the safety of pedestrians and infrastructure.

Conduct systematic inspections of the data collection vehicle and its mounted hardware before departure and upon return to the depot in Seville.

Capture high resolution imagery of streets, intersections, and points of interest using mounted 360 degree cameras during scheduled driving shifts.

Operate LiDAR sensors to record detailed spatial scans of the vehicle's surroundings while traveling at controlled speeds.

Monitor onboard computer systems to verify the integrity and storage of captured data on solid state drives throughout each assignment.

Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, route deviations, and environmental conditions using provided digital tools and reporting platforms.

Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues with cameras, sensors, or vehicle systems in real time.

Adhere strictly to the assigned schedule, working full time hours between 8 00 and 19 00 to cover peak urban activity periods.

Perform additional site visits to specific locations when weather conditions are favorable and required for optimal image clarity.

Transport data storage units securely to designated transfer points, ensuring that sensitive equipment remains undamaged during transit.

Follow all established health and safety protocols while working in public areas and interacting with local communities.

Utilize digital mapping software to interpret route instructions and update progress during the collection phase of the project.

Maintain the vehicle interior and exterior in a clean condition to support professional image capture and operational efficiency.

Demonstrate strong problem solving skills to overcome unexpected challenges related to traffic, road closures, or equipment anomalies.

Requirements

You must possess a valid driver's license appropriate for operating a standard manual transmission vehicle in Spain.

You must have a clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past three years.

You must be legally authorized to work in Spain without requiring sponsorship for a work visa during the contract period.

You must be at least 23 years of age to ensure sufficient maturity and experience for complex urban driving tasks.

You must hold a secondary school diploma or equivalent educational certification recognized in Spain.

You must demonstrate fluency in Spanish for communication with local authorities and pedestrians during data collection.

You must have a stable residential address within the Seville metropolitan area for the duration of the assignment.

You must own or have reliable access to personal transportation for commuting to the depot and project sites when not on duty.

You must be able to work a full time schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, between 8 00 and 19 00 as required by the project timeline.

You must pass a background check focusing on reliability, responsibility, and adherence to professional standards.

You must be comfortable spending extended periods sitting in a vehicle while performing detailed observation tasks.

You must have the physical capability to lift and install hardware components weighing up to 15 kilograms as needed.

You must be available to commit to the full duration of the project, which typically ranges from 3 to 6 months of active fieldwork.

You must comply with all data protection regulations and company policies regarding the handling of captured material.

Nice to have

Previous experience operating 360 degree cameras or similar imaging equipment in mobile environments.

Prior work in logistics, transportation, or field research roles that require strict schedule adherence.

Familiarity with LiDAR technology and the ability to interpret basic spatial data outputs.

Experience living or working in the Andalusia region, particularly in the province of Seville.

A clean record with no history of traffic violations resulting in fines or penalties.

Practical notes

This position is offered as a full time contract engagement with a standard work week based on the 8 hour daily schedule from 8 00 to 19 00.

Travel is limited to the designated project zones within Seville and surrounding areas covered by the municipal road network.

All applicants must successfully complete a safe driving test, a formal interview with a Tsmg recruiter, and a standard onboarding process before starting fieldwork.
