Ensero Solutions seeks a Senior Environmental Assessment Specialist I to join our growing team. This position reports directly to the Director
Environmental Assessment. The role is central to delivering high quality environmental services for our mining and industrial clients. You will guide projects from initial contact to final regulatory approval. Your work will create a positive impact on the environment and local communities. Key Responsibilities
Your daily work will involve designing intake procedures. These procedures clarify project scope and align regulatory expectations before fieldwork commences. You will formulate assessment frameworks and technical approaches. These solutions must address specific site conditions and client requirements.
You will conduct iterative reviews of data, methods, and conclusions. This strengthens findings and reduces compliance risk for the client. Coordination with stakeholders is essential. You will refine scopes, schedules, and expectations throughout the entire project execution.
