About the role
The is a pivotal position focused on the delivery of essential infrastructure for water management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical civil engineering input and support for the design, construction, and commissioning of water treatment, remediation, and reclamation projects. You will provide direction and assist in the performance of all project activities, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards. As a key member of the Ensero Engineering Team, you will support other engineering initiatives and contribute significantly to project success. You will supports risk analysis with project management, identifying potential issues before they impact delivery. Furthermore, you will lead the development of engineering standards, principles, processes, and procedures to establish best practices. This position requires building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing communication and a deep understanding of client objectives. You will travel to potential and existing work sites to interface directly with on-site staff, vendors, customers, and regulatory personnel.

Requirements

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
