What you'll do

Lead the development and execution of investment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and risk tolerance.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and assess their viability.
Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of investments, ensuring maximum returns while minimizing risks.
Collaborate with senior management and other departments to develop comprehensive financial plans and forecasts.
Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, investment firms, and industry experts.
Monitor economic trends and regulatory changes that could impact investment strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
Mentor and lead a team of investment analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
Participate in negotiations and due diligence processes for potential investments, ensuring thorough evaluation and compliance with company policies.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve investment processes and strategies.
Represent Trtglobal Solutions at industry conferences and networking events to promote the company's investment initiatives and expand its market presence.
Evaluate the performance of existing investments and make recommendations for adjustments or divestments when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful investment strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis tools.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to investments.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
High level of integrity and ethical standards in all business dealings.

Nice to have

Experience in emerging markets or specific sectors such as technology, healthcare, or renewable energy.
Knowledge of alternative investment strategies, including private equity or venture capital.
Multilingual capabilities, particularly in languages relevant to the investment landscape in the Asia-Pacific region.
Previous experience in a leadership role within a financial institution or investment firm.

This position is based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines, and may require occasional travel for meetings and conferences.
