What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance partner performance and satisfaction.
- Analyze partner data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed for a successful start.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across the team.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for partners to ensure they are well-versed in our products and services.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner operations, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
- Assist in the development of partner engagement programs that promote collaboration and drive mutual success.
- Support the execution of partner marketing initiatives, working closely with the marketing team to align strategies and messaging.
- Participate in regular meetings with partners to gather feedback and insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress on operational initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Contribute to the overall operational strategy of Trove, aligning partner operations with the company's broader goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, partner management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Nice to have
- Experience in the tech or e-commerce industry, particularly in a partner or operations role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage partner relationships effectively.
- Understanding of performance metrics and KPIs relevant to partner operations.

Skills & tools
