Requirements
An associate's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business software systems must be demonstrated, alongside exceptional organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy form a core requirement, together with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies. Reliable transportation, a valid US driver's license, and eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship are mandatory conditions.
Nice to have
Proven experience in manufacturing, recycling, logistics, warehousing, or industrial operations strengthens the candidate profile. Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or production tracking systems is valued, as are Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement exposures. Inventory control or materials management experience further supports success in this position.
