What you'll do

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or program development within the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare policies and regulations, particularly in relation to access and equity issues.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software to track progress and manage timelines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in international development or with non-profit organizations focused on health and social issues.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to enhance outreach efforts.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools to present findings in an engaging manner.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in languages relevant to the regions we serve, are highly desirable.

Skills & tools

• Familiarity with project management software such as Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms for effective outreach and engagement.
