What you'll do

Coordinate sustainability reporting processes across departments and external partners on a regular basis

Monitor environmental performance indicators and occupational health and safety metrics for the organization

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and international reporting frameworks applicable to the industry

Collect and analyze sustainability data from various internal sources and departmental teams

Support ESG ratings activities and external reporting requirements from rating agencies and investors

Monitor regulatory and industry developments related to sustainability and occupational health and safety

Contribute to initiatives that strengthen corporate sustainability goals and long-term environmental commitments

Work closely with internal departments to align sustainability efforts with daily operational activities

Help build a workplace culture focused on health and safety awareness for all employees

Drive resource efficiency improvements through data-driven sustainability projects and process optimization efforts

Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and external stakeholders on sustainability progress

Track progress against sustainability targets and recommend corrective actions when needed

Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact across delivery and logistics operations

Collaborate with HSE teams to develop and update workplace safety protocols and procedures

Assist in the development of sustainability strategies that align with business objectives

Facilitate communication between senior management and operational teams regarding sustainability priorities and goals

Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG disclosure standards and guidelines

Understanding of environmental performance monitoring and occupational health and safety management principles

Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the logistics or delivery industry sector

Strong analytical skills for collecting, interpreting, and presenting sustainability data to diverse audiences

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders on shared objectives

Experience coordinating reporting processes or ESG-related activities in a professional organizational environment

Good written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports and stakeholder presentations

Attention to detail when tracking regulatory developments, compliance obligations, and upcoming reporting deadlines

Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive sustainability and compliance information appropriately

Nice to have

Prior experience in a logistics, delivery, or supply chain environment is highly beneficial

Knowledge of international ESG rating methodologies and widely recognized disclosure and reporting standards

Familiarity with data visualization tools for sustainability reporting and performance dashboards

Understanding of resource efficiency and waste reduction best practices in operational settings

Experience engaging with external auditors or rating agencies during sustainability assessment processes

Skills & tools

Proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI or SASB

Experience with environmental and occupational health and safety monitoring systems

Data analysis capabilities using spreadsheet and reporting software applications

Knowledge of regulatory tracking tools and compliance management platforms

Familiarity with ESG data collection and management software systems

Ability to use presentation and reporting tools for stakeholder communication

Understanding of data visualization platforms for creating sustainability dashboards

The role is based in Kocaeli / Gebze and requires regular on-site presence at the office

Full-time engagement with standard business hours and consistent team collaboration throughout the working week

The position involves coordination across multiple internal departments on a daily and weekly basis

External stakeholder meetings may require occasional travel within the Kocaeli region and surrounding metropolitan areas
