You will help ensure efficiency, compliance, and long-term value creation across all procurement operations and vendor relationships. The work directly shapes Trendyol's growth journey within a fast-moving e-commerce ecosystem where speed and accuracy matter. You will contribute to building financial frameworks that enable the company to scale responsibly while maintaining strong cost discipline.

What you'll do
Manage end-to-end procurement cycles for goods and services across multiple business units and departments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Analyze spend data and purchasing patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Prepare detailed procurement reports and present findings to finance and commercial stakeholders regularly.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
Collaborate with budgeting and planning teams to forecast procurement needs and allocate resources effectively.
Evaluate supplier performance through periodic reviews and scorecards to maintain high quality standards.
Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization.
Streamline procurement workflows and automation initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry developments to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with broader business goals and objectives.
Document all procurement processes and maintain accurate records for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible commercial terms.
Identify and assess new suppliers through market research and due diligence processes.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement practices by benchmarking against industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, supply chain management, or a closely related field.
Minimum of three years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management roles.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis principles with hands-on application experience.
Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with external vendors and business partners.
Familiarity with procurement software platforms and enterprise resource planning systems is expected.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and detailed reports.
Solid knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to procurement operations and processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish languages are required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Experience with data analytics tools and the ability to create meaningful visualizations from raw data.
Nice to have
Master's degree in finance, economics, or supply chain management would be a strong advantage.
Experience working within a fast-paced e-commerce or technology company environment is highly valued.
Knowledge of advanced Excel modeling, data visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
Prior experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple departments and international regions is helpful.
Certification in procurement or supply chain management such as CPSM or CIPS is desirable.
Understanding of Turkish public procurement regulations and compliance requirements is considered beneficial.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling techniques.
Experience with procurement management systems and vendor lifecycle management platforms is essential.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning tools such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
Ability to use business intelligence and reporting tools for data analysis and visualization.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning software applications in a corporate setting.
Understanding of spend analysis tools, contract management databases, and sourcing optimization software.
Comfort with SQL or similar query languages for extracting and manipulating large datasets.
Experience with presentation tools to communicate procurement insights and recommendations to leadership.
Practical notes
This role is based in Istanbul at the Maslak office and requires regular on-site presence.
The position is full-time with standard business hours and occasional deadline-driven overtime periods.
Candidates should be prepared to work closely with the Trendyol Finance team on a daily basis.
The compensation package will be discussed during the interview process based on individual experience and qualifications.
