Requirements
- Bring a minimum of three years of progressive experience within finance or a related discipline, demonstrating steady growth in responsibility.
- Possess a thorough and practical grasp of International Financial Reporting Standards that is non-negotiable for this role.
- Show demonstrated hands-on proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, with evidence of successful implementation or optimization projects.
- Exhibit the capacity to navigate and foster collaboration across finance, IT, and operations functions with ease and professionalism.
- Prove you can concurrently manage multiple control transformation projects without compromising quality or missing critical deadlines.
- Display strong analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex problems and developing logical, effective solutions under pressure.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and precision when interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
