What you'll do
- Lead the planning and implementation of multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budget requirements, while continuously monitoring progress against these benchmarks.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during project execution.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology or software development environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration among diverse groups.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
