What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with Bamboohr' business objectives and growth plans.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the delivery services sector.
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and report findings to senior management.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops to foster collaboration and innovation among team members.
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports for stakeholders, summarizing strategic recommendations and progress updates.
• Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and industry experts to enhance strategic initiatives and collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, or a related field, preferably within the logistics or delivery sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies, as well as data analysis software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and fostering a positive work culture.
