What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on market research and user feedback.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the strategic vision of the company and communicates priorities to stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate user testing and gather feedback to refine product features and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges with a positive attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience in the e-commerce or logistics sectors, particularly in roles that involve digital product management.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in product management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
