What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications that meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including post-launch performance analysis and iteration based on user feedback.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring that the most impactful features are delivered in a timely manner.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on product goals and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or e-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in the logistics or delivery service industry is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and techniques for gathering customer insights.
• Previous experience in mentoring or leading product teams.
