What you'll do

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, interactive user interfaces that meet our design specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development and version control using Git.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring code quality and adherence to project standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues to enhance user experience and application performance.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, integrating new tools and techniques as appropriate to improve our development processes.
• Work alongside back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across the application.
• Contribute to the development of documentation for front-end components, including usage guidelines and technical specifications for future reference.
• Engage in agile development practices, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
• Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring that all features are thoroughly vetted before deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of web standards and best practices.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Vuex.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience working in a collaborative development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools, such as Jest or Cypress, to ensure code quality and reliability.
