About the role
You will own the end to end administration of Group Risk and Healthcare schemes for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring all client queries are managed efficiently and accurately. You will work in close collaboration with Consultants, clients and insurers to maintain seamless service delivery and to uphold the highest standards of professionalism. You will drive the successful renewal process for multiple schemes, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalate. You will maintain precise and up to date scheme data, ensuring all records are correct and compliant with internal and external requirements. You will act as a key point of contact for client support, responding to enquiries and providing timely, high quality solutions. You will contribute to the overall efficiency of the Client Support team by streamlining administrative tasks and improving internal processes. You will support the long term growth of Titan Wealth's corporate benefits offering by ensuring robust and reliable service delivery. You will play a pivotal role in protecting the client experience by safeguarding data integrity and operational consistency across all assigned schemes.

What you'll do
Coordinate the end to end administration of Group Risk and Healthcare schemes, managing all documentation and data touchpoints with precision.
Process scheme renewals and amendments, liaising with insurers and consultants to confirm terms, conditions and pricing accuracy.
Respond to and resolve complex client queries related to benefits schemes, providing clear, professional and timely communication.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate scheme records, ensuring all changes are logged and verified within required systems.
Support the implementation of new benefit solutions, assisting in the configuration and testing of proposals where applicable.
Perform regular reviews of client portfolios to identify risks, gaps or anomalies, and initiate corrective actions in partnership with Consultants.
Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, coordinating information flows between Consultants, clients and insurers.
Execute compliance checks on scheme data, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal governance policies.
Provide detailed reporting on scheme performance, issues and renewal statuses to support decision making and client reviews.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, proposing enhancements to workflows and data management practices.
Manage incoming documentation, including contracts, schedules and amendments, ensuring all items are filed and actioned appropriately.
Support the escalation of complex cases, working with senior team members to resolve matters efficiently and effectively.
Provide proactive client support by anticipating needs and delivering solutions that maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Assist in the preparation of proposal documents and renewal packs, ensuring all information is consistent, complete and professionally presented.
Requirements
You must possess a relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration, finance or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundational knowledge.
You must have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a financial services, employee benefits or corporate advisory environment.
You must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, with the ability to use these tools to manage complex information.
You must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.
You must be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
You must have a meticulous approach to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all administrative activities and data handling.
You must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, showing initiative and reliability in all responsibilities.
You must hold eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without restriction, as this role requires permanent full time employment in Stevenage.
Nice to have
Experience within the Group Risk or Employee Benefits sector, with an understanding of core products and terminology.
Familiarity with financial services compliance and regulatory expectations relevant to benefit schemes.
Exposure to insurance providers and policy administration processes, including renewal and claims workflows.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including the manipulation of data sets and the creation of reports.
Experience working with client facing teams in a professional services environment, delivering high quality service solutions.
Understanding of pension schemes, group life assurance, income protection and other related corporate benefits products.
