Senior Paraplanner
Job description
About the role
You will operate at the heart of our paraplanning engine, owning the end-to-end production of complex technical reports that underpin client advice decisions. This position demands a meticulous thinker who can dissect intricate financial scenarios and translate them into coherent, regulation‑compliant narratives. You will be the critical quality gate for report accuracy, ensuring every calculation, citation, and recommendation aligns with our strict compliance standards. The role places you at the intersection of technical rigour and client empathy, where your work directly shapes the suitability of advice delivered to businesses and their employees. You will collaborate daily with our advisory team, providing the technical backbone that allows them to focus on relationship management and strategic guidance. This is a hands-on technical role where your analytical discipline will safeguard the integrity of our planning process. If you thrive in an environment where precision, process improvement, and clear communication are paramount, this is the role for you.
