Associate Paraplanner
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end technical delivery of paraplanning cases from initial factfind through to the production of suitability reports and proposals. You will translate complex client circumstances into clear, compliant financial plans that meet the standards of our advisers and our clients. You will interrogate data, challenge assumptions, and verify information to ensure every case is accurate, complete, and consistent with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with senior Paraplanners, financial advisers, and the Client Support function to remove blockers and keep workflows moving. You will be responsible for maintaining up to date records, documenting your work, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the paraplanning processes. You will support the growth of the business by taking on an increasing caseload and demonstrating reliability under minimal supervision. You will play a key role in enabling the firm to deliver advice efficiently, reducing cycle times and improving client outcomes. This position provides a structured environment where you can apply technical learning, receive mentorship, and progress toward full Paraplanner and Advising responsibilities.
