Senior Mobile Engineer, Thrive
Job description
About the role
You will lead the iOS implementation of Tilt's credit products, translating product hypotheses into production-ready mobile experiences. You will partner with a small, high-ownership team to own the full lifecycle of features from experiment design through launch and iteration. Your work will directly influence how millions of users perceive and interact with credit building tools. You will validate product constructs through disciplined experimentation before scaling successful patterns. You will ensure that every interaction aligns with both user expectations and strict regulatory standards. This role is positioned at the center of product growth and compliance for our Thrive line of credit solutions.
