Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations
Job description
About the role
At Tilt, we see a side of people that traditional lenders miss. Our mobile-first products and machine learning-powered credit models look beyond credit scores, using over 250 real-time financial signals to recognize real potential. With millions of customers worldwide, we are not just changing how people access financial products - we are creating a new credit system that backs the working, whatever they're working toward. The Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations will own the most critical, ambiguous problems at the intersection of corporate strategy and execution. You will drive top-tier analysis for investments, M&A, and new market entry while setting the agenda for cross-enterprise initiatives with no clear owner. This role requires a high-autonomy operator who leverages AI and automation to turn messy problems into repeatable systems and clear recommendations. You will serve as a credible senior representative of Tilt to external partners and investors, translating complex data into compelling narratives. If you thrive in undefined, high-stakes environments and are energized by scaling impact at a high-growth company, this position is your opportunity to shape the future of Tilt.

- Leverage AI and automation to transform manual workflows into scalable systems, improving accuracy, speed, and decision quality across strategy and operations.
- Build and synthesize complex analytical models and financial frameworks, using data to drive decisions and communicate compelling stories to executives and boards.
- Act as a credible, senior-level external counterpart for Tilt, establishing trust and advancing strategic objectives with partners and investors.
- Translate board-level questions into tangible analyses and recommendations, ensuring that strategic choices are grounded in rigorous assessment and clear logic.
- Collaborate fluidly across corporate strategy, M&A, investor relations, and business operations to solve problems that span teams and markets.
