Job description
About the role
At Tilt, we see a side of people that traditional lenders miss. Our mobile-first products and machine learning-powered credit models look beyond credit scores, using over 250 real-time financial signals to recognize real potential. With millions of customers worldwide, we are not just changing how people access financial products - we are creating a new credit system that backs the working, whatever they are working toward. The Controller role is central to this mission, as you will own the strategic direction of our accounting operations and the infrastructure required to support our journey toward public company readiness. You will partner closely with FP&A, Legal, and other key stakeholders to align financial strategy with business objectives, creating a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
