About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales motion for mid-market RIAs generating pipeline and closing deals from initial outreach to signed agreements. You will operate at the intersection of consultative selling and product-led growth inside a fast-moving AI environment. You will introduce TIFIN.ai as the AI operating layer for wealth enterprises and position it as essential infrastructure for modern investment advisory firms. You will leverage deep domain knowledge of advisor workflows to uncover high-value use cases and map them to concrete agentic outcomes. You will act as the primary commercial executive for key RIA relationships, shaping strategy and influencing budget. Over time, you will own the full cycle from discovery through negotiation and expansion, becoming the trusted advisor for firm-wide transformation.

What you'll do
Open doors through your existing network from day one and build a repeatable outbound motion behind it.
Generate and run 10-15 qualified conversations per week with mid-market RIA decision-makers to surface strategic priorities and agentic workflow opportunities.
Leverage and expand our strategic partnerships as a channel into new firms, aligning joint value propositions with firm-level priorities.
Run discovery sessions that map a firm's operating reality to agentic workflows, identifying gaps and quantifiable value.
Partner with the executive team on deal strategy, pricing, and commercial terms to position offers for fast yet sound close.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for your book of business, including negotiation, contracting, and executive sponsorship.
Feed structured RIA feedback back into product and positioning, translating field intelligence into roadmap inputs.
Maintain a disciplined pipeline with clear visibility into risk, dependencies, and next actions for each opportunity.
Champion TIFIN.ai within partner ecosystems, ensuring consistent messaging and joint value realization.
Set and exceed quarterly and annual quotas through a combination of new logo wins and strategic expansion within existing accounts.
Operate with urgency and ownership, making timely decisions while aligning with governance and compliance expectations.
Use data and evidence to prioritize accounts, guide conversations, and demonstrate clear return on investment to skeptical buyers.
Act as the external thought leader on AI for wealth, articulating a vision that aligns with how RIAs plan and execute for their clients.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and renewal expansion.
Requirements
You must have a background from a TAMP or selling CRM, financial planning, or advisor technology into RIAs, with a track record of engaging C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
You must possess relationships with the CEO, COO, President, or Head of Sales at mid-market RIAs managing between $2 billion and $100 billion in assets under management.
You must be comfortable owning top-of-funnel activities yourself; this role does not include an SDR team reporting beneath you.
You must have experience selling something new to a conservative buyer, focusing on category creation rather than simple category displacement.
You must demonstrate the ability to operate independently in complex, enterprise-grade sales environments while adhering to strict compliance and governance standards.
You must communicate with precision and integrity, aligning your storytelling to the strategic priorities of wealth executives.
You must be willing to travel across the United States for client meetings, partner events, and industry engagements as required.
You must thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed of execution, learning, and adaptation is essential.
You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, given the role location and engagement terms.
Nice to have
Experience with prior exits or high-growth product launches in financial services or adjacent technology sectors.
Deep prior relationships inside large global or regional broker-dealers, custodian banks, or multi-family office groups.
Hands-on experience with AI, data platforms, or workflow automation tools within a production environment.
Fluency in enterprise software sales methodologies, including MEDDICC or comparable frameworks.
A network of trusted advisors around RIA firms, including consultants, attorneys, and operations leaders.
Practical notes
This role is based in the United States and requires in-person presence for key client and partner interactions. Travel is expected across major financial centers and regional markets. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The engagement is full-time, and the compensation package includes both cash and equity components alongside comprehensive benefits.
