We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our Vancouver team. This role targets recent graduates and early-career designers prepared to contribute immediately. Creativity sits at the center of our mission, and you will engage across integrated projects that blend digital, experiential, and brand disciplines.
You will support the creation of visually engaging design across websites, interactive experiences, campaigns, and brand systems. Working alongside strategy, motion, development, and production teams, you will gain hands-on experience delivering cohesive creative across multiple touchpoints. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, your contributions will challenge clients and inspire while establishing a solid foundation in integrated design.
- Designing visually compelling layouts and interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital formats.
- Assisting with brand identity development, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual systems.
- Creating visual frameworks and assets intended for motion graphics and interactive experiences.
- Supporting integrated campaigns that span digital, experiential, and branding initiatives.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary designers, developers, motion artists, and producers to ensure consistent execution across platforms.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and helping transform ideas into design concepts.
- Investigating evolving patterns and benchmarks in digital, branding, and experiential fields.
- Refining outputs based on feedback while adhering to brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Completion of recent degree or 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Designer.
- Availability to begin in the near future and contribute effectively right away.
- A portfolio demonstrating digital design, branding, and concept-driven projects.
- Exposure or strong interest in integrated campaigns spanning multiple channels.
- Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Basic grasp of user-centered design approaches.
- Keen attention to detail and passion for visual storytelling.
- A collaborative attitude and desire to grow within a fast-paced setting.
- Skill in managing concurrent projects and adapting to diverse creative duties.
