Thinkingbox is seeking an experienced leader to manage high-level integrated productions. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful experiential, digital, and content projects.

What you'll do

• Direct major experiential projects from the initial idea to final completion.
• Manage programs that blend digital, social, content, and experiential elements into unified brand stories.
• Collaborate with strategy, account, and creative departments to keep projects on schedule and within financial targets.
• Provide mentorship to the production staff and refine internal workflows.
• Grow client accounts by identifying new needs and proposing integrated solutions.
• Maintain agency standards by fostering strong client trust and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

• Significant background managing large-scale experiential and integrated productions in a studio or agency setting.
• Proficiency in digital, content, and experiential production lifecycles.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating long-term client relationships that drive account expansion.
• Leadership capabilities with experience directing diverse teams across various industries.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive when managing complex, ambiguous projects.
• Valid passport and driver license.
• Willingness to travel for productions, client meetings, and company functions.
