- Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans tailored to specific project needs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and assess the effectiveness of safety measures in place.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management within the construction industry.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CHST, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Proven experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
