What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules that meet client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the procurement process for materials and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, to ensure financial accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Lean Construction principles and methodologies.
