Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.
- Proven track record of implementing successful safety programs in a construction environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CHST, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using safety management software and tools for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
