You will steward critical functions including talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations with a focus on sustainability. You will ensure that our human capital strategy supports both the urgent crisis-response needs of our frontline services and the long-term goals of organizational resilience. You will build strategic partnerships with cross-functional leaders to embed people insights into business planning and operational execution. You will oversee the deployment of modern HR systems and data frameworks that enable evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
