What you'll do
- Conduct in depth discovery sessions to map client requirements to Tevora solutions and uncover latent risk factors.
- Architect tailored proposals that align with specific business goals while ensuring alignment with Tevora's service frameworks.
- Champion our Risk Opt, Secure Opt, and Continuity Opt offerings to executive level audiences through compelling narratives.
- Navigate complex organizational hierarchies and decision committees to build consensus and drive initiatives forward.
- Guide opportunities through approval stages and contract finalization by coordinating seamlessly with internal stakeholders.
- Forecast pipeline movement and document outcomes in tracking systems to maintain accuracy and strategic oversight.
- Develop renewal strategies that maintain retention and expand account footprint through value based conversations.
- Close complex deals by articulating clear return on investment and risk mitigation benefits to the buying committee.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure implementation timelines meet client expectations and service level agreements.
- Communicate regulatory requirements fluently to add concrete value to client discussions and remove ambiguity from engagements.
- Maintain strict territory coverage discipline across defined market segments to ensure no opportunity is neglected.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce CRM to manage administrative workflows and support forecasting activities.

Requirements
You bring years of experience in solution sales roles to this position and understand the demands of enterprise level selling. A proven track record selling to mid market or enterprise accounts is necessary to succeed in this environment. You possess a deep understanding of consulting based sales motions and governance frameworks that underpin complex sales cycles. The ability to clearly articulate how products reduce risk and strengthen compliance postures is required in every interaction. You exercise strict territory coverage discipline across defined market segments to ensure comprehensive reach and penetration. You communicate value propositions in a targeted manner rather than relying on generic decks that fail to resonate. Territory experience in the cybersecurity space is mandatory to navigate the nuances of client challenges effectively. You are well networked and stay informed on industry initiatives to maintain thought leadership and credibility. You manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism under tight deadlines and shifting demands.
Nice to have
Experience selling risk and compliance solutions is common among high performers in this role and provides a distinct advantage. You have experience navigating complex organizational hierarchies and decision committees to expedite the sales cycle. You are comfortable working with legal and procurement teams during the sales cycle to address concerns and negotiate terms. Fluency in articulating regulatory requirements adds value to client discussions and helps in building trust.
