Tenstorrent is building high-performance RISC-V CPUs and AI platforms to change how the industry handles computing. This role manages the market strategy for our AI and machine learning solutions by bridging the gap between technical engineering and customer-facing value. You will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for our AI hardware and software portfolio, ensuring that our value narrative resonates deeply with target customers. The position requires you to act as the primary liaison between our engineering teams and the market, translating complex architectural innovations into compelling business outcomes. You will define the narrative that positions Tenstorrent as the essential partner for organizations seeking to unlock true AI potential. Success in this role means you will drive demand and influence the adoption of our entire ecosystem. You will be responsible for aligning our market messaging with the realities of customer workloads and competitive pressures. Ultimately, this role shapes how the industry perceives and adopts our technology.

What you'll do
- Analyze and synthesize customer requirements to craft precise market positioning and messaging for our AI hardware and software ecosystem.
- Architect and own the value propositions for targeted industries, including cloud providers, enterprise clients, and regulated sectors, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Create compelling technical narratives through the development of whitepapers, sales presentations, performance benchmarks, and detailed customer success stories.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, sales, and marketing to synchronize product roadmaps and ensure field readiness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer feedback and competitive intelligence to iteratively refine our go-to-market strategy and messaging.
- Translate intricate AI and machine learning architectures into clear business outcomes that resonate with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy for our hardware and software stacks, ensuring cohesive positioning across all touchpoints.
- Engage with developer communities and technical audiences to communicate complex concepts regarding our AI accelerators and software tools.
- Leverage market analysis and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic adjustments in real time.
- Oversee the creation of sales enablement tools that equip our commercial teams with the insights needed to win deals.
Requirements
- Must possess the ability to translate complex AI and machine learning systems into clear business outcomes that drive customer adoption.
- Must have a proven track record of communicating technical concepts effectively to diverse groups, including developers, system architects, and executive leadership.
- Must demonstrate a deep understanding of customer workloads and the current AI competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Must show the capability to manage go-to-market strategy across both hardware and software stacks, ensuring alignment and coherence.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all regulations regarding access to technology subject to U.S. export controls.
- Must be able to obtain necessary security clearances or other requirements for access to sensitive information as part of employment conditions.
- Must have experience operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments where ambiguity is common and decisive action is required.
- Must exhibit strong judgment and integrity when handling confidential information and strategic initiatives.

Practical notes
Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $500,000, including base salary and variable targets, depending on background, skills, and location. Employment is contingent upon the candidate being eligible to access technology subject to U.S. export controls. Offers may be rescinded if the candidate cannot obtain necessary approvals or meet requirements under U.S. Export Administration Regulations regarding access to sensitive information.
